Anniversary

Today is the sixth year anniversary of the day that Hurricane Katrina destroyed the Gulf Coast.


In spite of our setbacks, we have come so far.


Thank God for pushing us forward! Thank you to my grandparents (who did not live to see this horror) everyday I will remember to cherish my roots, and to act in a way that is befitting to your memory of New Orleans.
